Who is the Mud Flap Girl?

Mud Flaps are a part of every trucker’s daily life.  

But who is the Mud Flap Girl?  On those long, lonely roads, I’m sure the question has come up.

Well, apparently they were created by a local neighbor of Fleet Oil and Truck Supply, the one and only Wiz Enterprises.  Since they were created, there have been plenty of challenges to the mud flap girl and her almost nude outline, but nothing has stopped that mud flap lady yet.
